FreeQuake is an attempt to recreate Quake with free and even better replacements

Status

  • Engine: LoRD Havocs Darkplaces engine (based on GPLed sources)
  • Textures: Rygels Texture Pack and Q Retexture Project (GPL)
  • Maps: Sources from John Romero (GPL)
  • Models: Moos Playermodel, Shambler (GPL) and some other MDLs from different sources.! Plz help!
  • Sounds: Openquartz (GPL) and others
